Purpose: To compare the different processes used to assemble wax-to-wax components. Secondly to determine the "Best Method" that provides acceptable results with the least amount of effort.
Overview of Study: This study analyzes seven different techniques used to assemble wax-to-wax components. The study shows traditional methods and methods developed using Wax Connections Equipment. This study was performed using a single injected gate pad made of pattern wax to provide a constant reference for comparison.
Contained in this study:
SECTION ONE shows how the study was performed and describes each of the techniques used.
SECTION TWO shows a review of the techniques used and comments about the findings.
SECTION THREE shows an analysis of the data by each technique used.
SECTION FOUR general review of the data.
CONCLUSION contains an analysis of the results in general.
RECOMMENDATION presents the technique which produces the best results for the least amount of labor and material.
